Rachal (Dore) Evans is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology, operations risk management, and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Technology & Operations Risk Manager for Program Governance at Zions Bancorporation since April 2023, Rachal has held various pivotal roles at reputable organizations, including Director of Regulatory Affairs at Silicon Valley Bank and Internal Audit Director at USAA. Rachal's previous experience also includes significant positions in operational and compliance risk management at Wells Fargo, where various roles encompassed regulatory relations and IT audit coordination. Rachal began a career in auditing and risk management with a foundation in the United States Air Force, supplemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
