Rohit Saroop

Rohit Saroop is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in growth marketing, MarTech, and business development. Presently serving as Head of Growth Marketing & MarTech at Zions Bancorporation and as an Advisor for Arena, Rohit previously held various senior leadership roles at Capital One from October 2010 to August 2025, including Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Marketing, Talent Acquisition. Rohit's strategic leadership has driven significant achievements in brand awareness, customer management, and multi-channel growth initiatives. Additionally, experience at Citi as Vice President, coupled with a consulting background at Capgemini, has contributed to a strong foundation in corporate strategy and systems integration. Rohit holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
