Thomas Feller

Thomas Feller is a seasoned technology governance professional currently serving as the Technology Governance Relationship Manager at Zions Bancorporation since May 2021. In this role, Thomas developed the inaugural IT General Controls program, established Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for the Technology and Information Security teams, and improved the Technology Risk Acceptance and Exception procedure. Prior to Zions, Thomas held multiple key positions at Wells Fargo from January 2005 to December 2020, including Technology Relationship Manager/Vice President and Operational Risk Consultant/Information Security Officer, where significant contributions were made to IT Asset Management data quality and information security risk remediation. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Computing from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
