Greg Holbrook

Greg Holbrook has a diverse background in engineering and transportation. Currently serving as a School Bus Driver at Zionsville Community Schools since August 2024, Greg previously worked as an Embedded Controls Engineer at Allison Transmission from September 2009 to October 2025, focusing on diagnostics and communications. Prior to that, Greg held the position of Automotive Embedded Software Engineer at Firestone Industrial Products from December 2002 to May 2009, where responsibilities included the development of air spring suspension control software for vehicles and recreational vehicles. Greg's career began at Thomson Consumer Electronics, working as a Member of the Technical Staff from January 1981 to July 2002, specializing in control software for RCA DirecTv satellite set-top boxes while adhering to ISO 9000 procedures. Greg earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University from 1980 to 1985.
