Andrea Watt

Andrea Watt is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Zip Co since March 2024, Andrea plays a pivotal role in shaping talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational culture. Prior to this position, Andrea held the Chief People Officer role at True from 2021 to 2024, where leadership supported the firm’s strategic goals through progressive human capital strategies. Andrea's career also includes significant roles at Gartner, where responsibilities included managing global learning and development initiatives and overseeing talent programs. Earlier experience at CEB, now part of Gartner, involved leading talent development functions and critical M&A integration activities. Educationally, Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University, along with studies at Richmond American University London.
