Hayley Cooper

Hayley Cooper has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Hayley worked as a Marketing Manager at Ray White Double Bay for 4 years from February 2011 to September 2015. Hayley then joined Reward Gateway as a CX Manager in October 2015 and worked there until August 2018. After that, they worked at Kablamo Pty Ltd as a UX/UI Designer from August 2018 to March 2020 and as a Product Designer from July 2019 to March 2020. From March 2020 to March 2022, they worked as a Product Designer at Triple J - ABC. Currently, they are working as a Product Designer at Zip Co since March 2022.

Hayley Cooper has a diverse education history. In 2012, they enrolled at CQUniversity and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing in 2019. During their time at CQUniversity, Hayley obtained a strong foundation in business administration skills and marketing principles.

In 2018, Hayley attended the General Assembly Australia to further enhance their skills in User Experience Design. This program provided their with valuable knowledge and expertise in designing user-friendly and intuitive digital experiences.

In 2019, Hayley enrolled again at General Assembly Australia, but this time to pursue a degree in Product Management. This program allowed their to develop a deep understanding of the product development process, from ideation to launch and optimization.

Beyond their formal education, Hayley also obtained an additional certification in 2022. Hayley completed the NIDA Corporate Public Speaking Course offered by the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA). This certification further enhanced their communication and presentation skills.
