Randy Kuzdak, MBA, has a diverse work experience in finance and project management. Randy started their career as a Finance & IT Intern at Yazaki North America, where they assisted in data consolidation, financial modeling, and inventory audits. Later, they worked as a Project Management Co-op at Henry Ford Health System, where they designed financial tools, coordinated studies, and calculated break-even projections. Randy then joined Daimler AG as a Financial Controller, where they prepared budgets, financial statements, and implemented reporting processes. Following that, they worked as a Financial Analyst at MAHLE, responsible for analyzing balance sheet and profit and loss results, reconciling accounts, and overseeing monthly-close reporting. Most recently, Randy worked at Domino's as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they played a crucial role in the calculation and communication of gross margin financial data, analyzed economic conditions to recommend pricing strategies, and served as a key contact for changes in the commodities market. Currently, they are a Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A at Zip Co.
