Alex Maynard

Customer Success Director UKI at Zip Water UK

Alex Maynard has a diverse work experience, starting as a General Manager at Select Service Partner Limited in 2001. Alex then worked as an Apprentice at Natura Building co from 2003 to 2007. Following that, Alex became self-employed as an electrician and plumber at Maynards Plumbing and Electrical, working on new build houses and renovations. In 2012, they joined Zip Water UK as a Senior Field Service Engineer, eventually becoming the Field Service Director. Alex also held roles as a Training Manager and Technical Quality and Training Manager at Zip Water UK. In 2022, Alex transitioned to the role of Residential Director at Zip Water, focusing on in-home drinking water systems. Most recently, they assumed the position of Customer Success Director UKI, working on improving processes and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Alex Maynard attended Cheam High School from 1994 to 1999. Following high school, they pursued a GNVQ in Information Technology at Cheam High Sixth Form from 1999 to 2001. Lastly, Alex obtained a certification in Electrician from Carshalton College, attending from 2006 to 2008.
