Glenn Bucknell

Glenn Bucknell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Glenn currently serves as the Operations Director at Zip Water, where they are responsible for overseeing manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and continuous improvement. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Supply Chain at Zip Water, where they implemented a new supply chain structure and established key functional streams.

Before joining Zip Water, Glenn worked at Smith & Nephew as the Director of Supply Chain ANZ, where they led the supply chain function for Australia and New Zealand. Glenn was also a part of the ANZ Leadership Team, responsible for delivering business results.

Earlier in their career, Glenn worked at British American Tobacco in various supply chain roles, including S&OP Integration Manager, Strategic Accounts Manager, and Head of Supply Chain. Glenn was responsible for managing supply chain planning functions, coordinating supply chain activities for the Asia Pacific region, and providing support for system implementations and training.

Glenn's work experience also includes roles such as Third Party Logistics Manager, Master Scheduler, Area Shift Leader, Process Analyst, Manufacturing Education & Training Officer, and Quality Projects Officer.

Glenn Bucknell obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical from the University of Wollongong, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Later, they pursued a Master of Management degree at the same university from 2008 to 2009. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Scrum Foundations from the Scrum Alliance, although the exact month and year are not provided.
