Torrey A. Fishman

Torrey A. Fishman is an experienced professional in public partnerships and policy, currently serving as the Manager of Public Partnerships and Policy at Zipcar since August 2021. Prior to this role, Torrey held various positions at LeFrak as a Senior Analyst in Government and Community Affairs from September 2019 to August 2021, and at the City of New York from May 2013 to September 2019, including Special Counsel and Senior Policy Advisor in the Mayor's Office of Intergovernmental Affairs and Senior Policy Advisor and Director of Digital Strategy for the 2018 Charter Revision Commission. Earlier experience includes roles as Special Counsel and Associate General Counsel in the Mayor's Office of Appointments, as well as a Legal Aide in the Office of the Counsel to the Mayor. Torrey's legal foundation includes a J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science, Psychology, and Economics from the University of Southern California. Additionally, Torrey served as a Student Attorney in the University of Maryland School of Law Reentry of Ex-Offenders Clinical Law Program in early 2012.
