Leonie Wyffels

Leonie Wyffels currently serves as the R&D Director at Ziphius since September 2021. Prior to this role, Leonie held positions as a Guest Professor at the University of Antwerp in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences from April 2020 to March 2023, and as a Senior Scientist at Ablynx, focusing on project management and GMP QC from September 2018 to September 2021. Leonie has a rich academic history at the University of Antwerp, serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nuclear Medicine from April 2011 to October 2019, and as a postdoctoral researcher specializing in radiopharmaceutical development. Previous roles include Radiopharmacist at UZA, postdoctoral research at The University of Arizona, and a PhD student at Ghent University, where a PhD in Radiopharmacy was obtained in 2009 after completing a Master in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2004.
