Shaye Martin

Shaye Martin is a seasoned professional in human resources and people operations with experience in various leadership roles. At Zip, Shaye serves as the Head of People, while also founding SM Ventures LLC, focused on enabling Series B founders with effective people best practices. Prior to these positions, Shaye held multiple roles at Gusto, including Head of the People Partner Team for Tech & M&A, and contributed as Director of People Operations & Talent at MasterClass. Shaye began a career in people operations and recruiting at Google. Shaye's educational background includes a degree in Child Development and French Literary & Visual Studies from Tufts University.
