Arielle Sandor has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as a Marketing & Design professional at HOBO. In 2011, they worked as a Business Analyst at CMR before co-founding Duma Works, a recruiting company in Nairobi where they served as the CEO. At Duma Works, they designed software and services to help small and medium enterprises in East Africa with their talent and human capital needs. In 2018, they transitioned into a more advisory role at Duma Works, allowing the Nairobi team to take over the day-to-day operations. More recently, Arielle joined Zipline, the world's first commercially operational drone delivery company, as a Global Talent professional. Arielle'srole at Zipline involves building teams globally and contributing to their mission of providing instant access to vital medical supplies for every human on earth.

Arielle Sandor attended Princeton University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese History. In 2009, they also studied Mandarin at Princeton in Beijing, Beijing Normal University, Beijing. In 2017, they obtained a certification in China/Kenya Macro-Economic Environment from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Additionally, they received a certification in Chinese Language and Culture from Princeton University, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
