Diocres O. B. has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Diocres started their career as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at interpharmaceticals ltd in 2016 and worked there until 2017. Diocres then joined VIVA Pharmacy as a Pharmacist Assistant for a few months before transitioning to Pharma Initiatives, where they worked as a Pharmacist from 2017 to 2018. After that, they joined Guardian Pharmacy as a Pharmacist and remained there until 2021. In 2021, they joined Zipline and took on multiple roles, including Health & Fulfillment operator and Medical Coding Specialist. Diocres later became a Pharmaceutical Specialist and currently holds the position of Medical team Lead at Zipline.

Diocres O. B. started their education at Ecole Primaire de Kageyo from 1998 to 2004, where they obtained their Pass degree in the field of Primaire. Diocres then attended Groupe scolaire de Kageyo from 2005 to 2008, focusing on Basic Sciences in the Tronc - comme program. From 2008 to 2011, Diocres pursued further education at Groupe scolaire de Kigeme, achieving an A2 degree with a focus on Math-Chem-Biology. Moving on, they attended the University of Rwanda from 2012 to 2017, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. Lastly, Diocres pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a specialization in Epidemiology at Mount Kenya University (MKU) from 2023 to 2024.
