Joe Pratt

Joe Pratt's work experience begins in 2015 when they worked as a Logistics Team Member at Target. In this role, they focused on unloading trucks, placing products, and maintaining a clean and efficient backroom. Joe then worked as an Independent Contractor/Driver for DoorDash from May 2016 to October 2019, where they picked up and delivered food to customers using problem-solving skills and good judgment.

Starting in 2019, Joe joined Cruise as a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Test Operator, ensuring the safe logging of miles during the testing of autonomous vehicles and documenting their performance. Joe then transitioned to Waymo in 2020 as a Software Quality Operations Associate through Collabera. In this role, Joe analyzed the performance of self-driving cars, identified root causes of issues, and conducted high-level evaluations of specific situations.

Joe also worked as a Panelist at CURION from January 2015 to January 2022. In this position, they participated in product evaluations and focus groups, expressing their opinions respectfully and professionally.

Most recently, Joe joined Zipline in March 2021 as an Electrical Assembly and Test Technician via Advantage. Joe assembled electrical subsystems, updated manufacturing process instructions, performed quality evaluations, and maintained documentation. In November 2021, they transitioned to the role of an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer, and in September 2022, they became a Field Systems Engineer at Zipline. The duration of these roles is ongoing as the end dates have not been specified.

Joe Pratt attended Skyline College from 2015 to 2017, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Mathematics, as well as an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness. Joe then went on to study at the Indiana Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
