Flight Operations Lead at Zipline

Léandre Twizeyimana has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 2017 to present, they have held multiple roles at Zipline, a technology company specializing in drone delivery. Léandre started as a Flight Operator & Pilote In Command (PIC), where they were responsible for communication with air traffic control, drone maintenance, and troubleshooting. Léandre then transitioned to the role of Flight Operations Coordinator, where they assisted in the coordination and management of flight operations. Currently, they serve as the Flight Operations Lead, setting goals and priorities for the team.

Prior to their time at Zipline, Léandre worked as a Biomedical Equipment Technician & Health Data Management at Kibungo Referral Hospital (KRH) from 2012 to 2017. Léandre was responsible for maintaining and managing medical equipment, as well as handling health data.

Earlier in their career, Léandre served as the Head of Electronics and Computer Department & Teacher at Nyamata Technical Secondary School from 2010 to 2012.

Overall, Léandre has demonstrated expertise in flight operations, biomedical equipment, and education.

Léandre TWIZEYIMANA completed an Advanced Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication at Tumba College of Technology from 2007 to 2010. Later, from 2012 to 2015, they earned a Diploma of Biomedical Technology in the field of Biomedical Technology/Technician from Rwanda Polytechnics | IPRC - Kigali.
