Chenxin Yang

Chenxin Yang is currently serving as a Decision Scientist II at ZipRecruiter since October 2024. Previous experience includes roles as a Data Scientist at Jun Group from February 2023 to October 2024, and a Data Science Intern focusing on Product Analytics at Tinder from June 2022 to December 2022. Prior to these positions, Chenxin worked as a Data Science Consultant at Synchrony and completed an internship as a Machine Learning Engineer at 阿里巴巴集团 in the summer of 2021. Early career experience includes a role as a Summer Student Researcher at UCLA Mathematics and a Backend Web Developer at The B. John Garrick Institute for the Risk Sciences at UCLA. Chenxin holds a Master’s Degree in Machine Learning & Data Science from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors, double majoring in Mathematics of Computation and Statistics from UCLA.
