Elizabeth Sale

Elizabeth Sale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, marketing, and IT systems. Currently, Elizabeth serves as Sr. Manager of Enterprise Customer Success at ZipRecruiter, a role held since October 2024. Prior to this, Elizabeth was with FIREFLY for over five years, where the roles included VP of Customer Experience, Marketing and IT Systems, and VP of Customer Success, Marketing and Information Systems, among others. Earlier experience includes marketing and globalization program management at Cisco and consulting at KPMG. Elizabeth holds a Master of Science in Information Science from Loughborough University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Royal Holloway, University of London, complemented by studies at the College of Natural Nutrition in London.
