Erin Goldman

Erin Goldman is a seasoned professional in learning and organizational development with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Manager of People Development at ZipRecruiter since January 2021, Erin previously held titles such as Program Manager for Learning & Organizational Development at FabFitFun and Learning & Development Manager at OnPrem Solution Partners, where a strong focus was placed on driving learning strategies and fostering a supportive learning culture. Additional experience includes administrative management at Columbia University's Institute of Human Nutrition, where oversight of human resources, education, and compliance was key. Erin holds multiple degrees from Columbia University, including an MPH in Epidemiology and an MS in Nutrition, as well as a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
