Esmaeel Paryavi

Esmaeel Paryavi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2015, they joined ZipRecruiter and worked their way up to the position of Senior Director of Marketing. Prior to that, they held various marketing roles within the company, including Director and Senior Manager. Before joining ZipRecruiter, Esmaeel founded Butterfinger Sports in 2018 and served as its Founder until 2021. Esmaeel also worked as a Product Development Engineer at MPR Associates, Inc. from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, Esmaeel founded Wesk Medical, LLC in 2011 and served as Founder until 2013. Esmaeel has teaching experience as a Teaching Fellow at the Keystone Program, A. James Clark School of Engineering, University of Maryland from 2010 to 2012. Esmaeel also gained practical experience as a Medical Device Evaluation Intern at the FDA in 2011. Esmaeel served as a Project Leader at Engineers Without Borders - USA, University of Maryland from 2010 to 2011. Esmaeel worked as a Research Assistant at the Functional Macromolecular Laboratory, Fischell Department of Bioengineering, University of Maryland from 2009 to 2011. In 2008, Esmaeel worked as a Tutor at Lifelong Knowledge Tutoring Services, and they gained early industry experience as a Software Intern at XFI Corporation in 2007.

Esmaeel Paryavi pursued their education in a systematic manner, beginning in 2008. Esmaeel attended the University of Maryland from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Bioengineering. Following this, they enrolled at Purdue University from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
