Matt Kopjak

Matt Kopjak has extensive experience in business development and management roles. Matt is currently the Vice President of Business Development at ZipRecruiter since September 2020. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director for Joblift.com, where they achieved significant revenue growth and secured financing. Matt also held roles at ZipRecruiter as the Sr. Director and Director of Business Development, where they grew acquisition channels and closed major deals. Additionally, Matt has experience in business development and partnerships at Glassdoor, where they developed the API partner program and closed media campaigns. Matt started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst and had internships at Merrill Lynch and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC.

Matt Kopjak completed their education in the field of Accounting. From 2007 to 2009, they attended UC Santa Barbara, where they pursued a degree in Business Economics with a specialization in Accounting.
