Mihir Rao is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in overseeing product development and management across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Director of Product for Payments and Partnerships at ZipRecruiter since May 2022, Mihir is responsible for payment processes, financial governance, and the launch of recruitment products for multiple partnerships. Prior roles include Group Product Manager at Flexport, where Mihir led strategies for application platforms, and Senior Manager of Product at WeWork, focusing on identity and access management. Mihir also held significant positions at Vrbo and Microsoft, contributing to various product innovations and strategic growth initiatives. Mihir holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering.
