Yael Shochat

Yael Shochat is an experienced professional in project management and people experience, currently serving as the People Experience Manager at ZipRecruiter since November 2017. Previously, Yael held the position of Project Manager at Autodesk from June 2014 to November 2017, managing a range of projects within the Consumer Group department in Tel Aviv. Prior to Autodesk, Yael gained valuable experience as a Project Manager at Netcraft Israel (2012-2014) and YKM (2010-2012), overseeing multiple projects for notable clients such as Bank Hapoalim, MSD, and Wissotzky tea, with a strong focus on budget management and project execution. Yael holds a BA in East Asia Studies and a multi-disciplinary program in arts from Tel Aviv University.
