Yael Barak

Yael Barak has been a Career Counselor at Junction Career Counseling since 2021. From 2015 to 2021, they held various roles at Zipy, including Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, Product Manager- Furniture E-shop, and UX Specialist. In their role as Senior Product Manager, they were part of the executive group of the company, making strategic and economic decisions, and recruited and managed the EU team including local marketers and support agents in each market. As Product Manager, they managed the branching out to Europe, and as Product Manager- Furniture E-shop, they managed a furniture E-commerce product, transforming the business to online. As UX Specialist, they analyzed user behavior and located weak spots using Google Analytics, Yandex, Hotjar, and Conversion Rate Optimization, and created their own interpretation of a support bot, an active support page, which reduced the number of messages to the support team by 50%.

Yael Barak holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Ruppin Academic Center (2021-2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (2013-2016).
