Miguel Martin is an experienced commercial and consulting professional with a robust background in driving revenue generation and client acquisition strategies. Currently serving as the Commercial Director at ZirconTech since January 2024, Miguel leads sales and business development teams while fostering strategic partnerships. Prior to this, Miguel was the Director of Talent Solutions - Product & Engineering at Equteq, partnering with tech startups and scale-ups to provide engineering talent solutions. Additional experience includes roles as Principal Consultant for Advanced Analytics at McGregor Boyall, Vice President Network Services at TSSI Ltd, and Vice President at ConSol Partners, focusing on recruitment solutions within technology and communications sectors. Miguel holds degrees in International Trade from Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales and furthered studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
