Jf Ladouceur

JF Ladouceur is an experienced Solutions Engineering Manager at ZIRO since April 2020, previously holding roles as Solutions Engineering Specialist and Senior Solution Architect/Team Lead at CompuCom from November 2010 to April 2020. JF has a strong background in pre-sales consulting and technical design, specializing in Cisco technologies, particularly in the Collaboration portfolio, and has successfully led sales and consulting practices. Prior to CompuCom, JF worked as a Senior Network Consultant and Lead VoIP instructor at ARP Technologies and held various roles in organizations such as Therien Jiu-Jitsu & Kickboxing, Eastern Ontario French Public School Board, and ME Productions. JF holds an Advanced IT Security, IT degree from La Cite Collegiale, completed between 2003 and 2006.
