Katie Dalton

Katie Dalton, CHRP, currently serves as the HR and Recruitment Manager at ZIRO, a position held since January 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing all Human Resources functions and managing end-to-end recruitment for various key roles. Previously, Katie worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing full cycle recruitment and utilizing targeted hiring methodologies. Prior to ZIRO, Katie held supervisory roles at GolfNorth Properties and worked as a Case Manager at Catholic Charities of Cortland County, providing support to individuals with serious mental illness and other challenges. Katie's earlier experience includes bartending at Dark Horse Tavern. Educational achievements include a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Fanshawe College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from both State University of New York Cortland and University College Dublin.
