Jenni Hipwell, PHR, SHRM-CP, has over 15 years of experience in various human resources roles. Jenni is currently the Vice President of People & Culture at Zirous, where they oversee all aspects of HR, including employee relations, talent acquisition, operations, performance management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Zirous and as the Human Resources Manager at Marsh & McLennan Companies. In these positions, they provided advice and counsel to business leaders on employee relations and performance management issues and ensured compliance with employment laws. Earlier in their career, Jenni held HR management roles at Chest, Infectious Diseases & Critical Care Associates, P.C. and Eyerly Ball Community Health Mental Services. Jenni also gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at GeoLearning, Inc. Throughout their career, Jenni has demonstrated their expertise in managing HR operations, ensuring compliance, and driving organizational success.

Jenni Hipwell, PHR, SHRM-CP, completed their education at the University of Northern Iowa from 2003 to 2007, earning a BA degree with a focus on Communications and Psychology. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2012 and the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in February 2015.
