Faezeh Ghahremani

Faezeh Ghahremani is an experienced NOC OPS Specialist currently working at Zitel since December 2020, where responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining networks and systems, troubleshooting network and user technical issues, and managing various network equipment. Previous roles include NOC FO Specialist and AHD Specialist/NOC ECS Specialist, with a focus on TD-LTE user support. Faezeh has also worked as a Network Support Specialist at the Communications Regulatory Authority of Iran and as a Network Specialist at Rasa. Faezeh began their career as a Help Desk Specialist and Network Support at Aseman Abi Newspaper. Faezeh holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Engineering from Payame Noor University.
