Aimee Miller

Aimee Miller is an experienced Sr Project Manager currently at Zito Media since April 2020, with a prior tenure at Insight Global from August 2018 to November 2023. Aimee held a Sr. Manager role in Operational Readiness at Charter Communications, where large-scale process changes were implemented to enhance customer and agent satisfaction. Aimee also served as Senior Manager for Care Process Design & Implementation at Time Warner Cable for a decade, overseeing project requests and employee development. Aimee has significant experience in managing transitions and migrations, particularly during the integration of Adelphia to Time Warner Cable and Comcast. Aimee holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from SUNY Geneseo and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Rochester.
