Joe McClellan

Joe McClellan is an experienced professional with a strong background in network operations and field management. Currently serving as the Field Operations Manager at Zito Media since December 2012, Joe oversees a team responsible for the installation and maintenance of fiber optic services for commercial clients. Prior roles include Field Operations Specialist and Network Operations Center Technician, where Joe contributed to troubleshooting and configuring network systems. Joe's career began at Adelphia Communications, where responsibilities included technical support and NOC operations, and extended to supervisory roles at Time Warner Cable. An early career also includes experience in retail and service as well as military service in the US Army. Joe McClellan holds an Associate of Specialized Business degree in Computer Science/Micro Applications and Small Business Management from Tri-State Business Institute.
