Jim Foster

Jim Foster is a System Engineer at Zivaro since September 2022, previously serving as a Systems Engineer at CTL Resources from August 2019 to June 2022, where support was provided for US Space Force Joint Commercial Operations utilizing the iSpace C2 commercial product. Prior to this, Jim held the position of Senior Staff Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin from January 1997 to July 2019, focusing on Space Situational Awareness systems concepts, design, implementation, and maintenance. Jim also contributed as a Software Engineer leading an Independent Research and Development team during this time. Earlier in their career, Jim worked as a Capacity Planner at MCI Corporation from January 1995 to December 1996, where responsibilities included designing phone call billing systems. Jim holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
