Kimberly Mazzone is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people operations and talent management across various industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of People Operations at Zivian Health since January 2025, Kimberly has held previous leadership roles including Director of Human Resources at Earnest Machine and Vice President of People & Culture at Fund That Flip, Inc. Experience also includes positions at Herrmann, Robots and Pencils, and Findaway, where efforts focused on talent initiatives, culture enhancement, and employee retention. Kimberly's career began at Brulant and Rosetta, where foundational skills in project management and creative operations were developed. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
