Martijn Hoekstra

Martijn Hoekstra's work experience begins in 2003 as the Head of Activities at Vereniging Informatiewetenschappen Amsterdam. In 2004, they moved on to working as an agent cs/ts at Multikabel until 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Agent at Quality Contacts before transitioning to the role of Developer until 2012. In 2012, Hoekstra joined CargoXS as a .NET Software Engineer, where they contributed to the architecture and development of a new air cargo handling solution until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Zivver, and then transitioned to the role of Staff Engineer, where they are currently employed. Throughout their career, Hoekstra has also volunteered at Podium Victorie from 2008 to 2015.

Martijn Hoekstra attended Murmellius from 1994 to 2001, where they earned a Gymnasium B degree. Martijn then went on to study Physics at the University of Amsterdam from 2000 to 2002.
