Anthony Serna

Anthony Serna is a QA Engineer with experience in both automated and manual testing. Currently at Zix since August 2019, Anthony has automated seven sanity test suites using Katalon Studio IDE, effectively doubling testing efficiency and facilitating exploratory testing. Previously, as a QA Engineer intern at Kaiser Permanente, Anthony utilized JIRA to enhance customer service by reporting over 15 bugs within two weeks and successfully identified 10 defects weekly through Selenium test automation. Prior experience includes roles in customer service and package handling at Ala Mode Pies and UPS, respectively. Anthony holds a Certificate of Completion in Software Development & Testing from Year Up United and attended North Seattle College.
