Kristen Jones

Kristen Jones has garnered extensive experience in the financial and customer management sectors. Currently serving in Customer Order Management at Zix since June 2018, Kristen also holds the position of Credit Analyst at Santander Consumer USA, which has been held since April 2016. Prior experience includes a dual role as Credit Analyst and Senior Mortgage Specialist at State Farm® from December 2010 to April 2016. Kristen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Truman State University (2006-2010) and completion of a Code Immersion Bootcamp at Tech Talent South in 2018.
