Alexander Poche

Alexander Poche is a seasoned Requirements Engineer and optical engineering expert with extensive experience in the automotive industry, particularly with ZKW and BMW Group. Currently employed at ZKW since December 2017, Alexander spearheads the requirements engineering process, ensuring alignment and traceability between stakeholder and system requirements. Previous roles include leading optical design and development for headlamp systems at ZKW and managing simultaneous engineering processes at BMW Group. Alexander’s background encompasses project management, simulation engineering, and team leadership, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality, collaboration, and innovation across multiple automotive projects. Alexander holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Economics from Technische Universität Graz and is currently pursuing a Professional Certificate in Data Science and Generative AI at Purdue University College of Engineering.
