Lance De Jong

North America Sales Leader at ZL Technologies

Lance De Jong has worked in various sales roles since 1995. Lance began as a Territory Manager at Fortune Brands, then moved on to become a National Account Sales Manager at Ingersoll Rand in 1998. In 2002, they were promoted to Director of Sales at Newell Brands. In 2006, they became VP Sales at Masco Corporation, and in 2010 they were promoted to Vice President Sales North America at Oracle. In 2017, they founded the Sales Effectiveness Group and served as President. In 2018, they were appointed Chief Revenue Officer - Interface at Interface Force Measurements Ltd. In 2019, they were appointed Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at TBConsulting. In 2020, they were promoted to VP Sales at Anaplan, and in 2022 they were appointed North America Sales Leader at ZL Tech.

Lance De Jong attended W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 1989 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
