Melinda Watts-Smith

Melinda Watts-Smith has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. Melinda began their career in 2003 at Wells Fargo, where they held two roles: SVP Head of eDiscovery Risk Management and SVP/Director Messaging Services East. In 2018, Melinda moved to ZL Technologies, where they served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Client Relationships, providing multimillion-dollar projects and developing and facilitating new and existing client and partner relationships. In 2021, Melinda joined both ZL Tech as Global Head of Services and Levvel.io as Financial Services and Payments (FS&P) Senior Manager, Client Solutions.

Melinda Watts-Smith obtained a BS in Math with a focus in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1983. Melinda also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Business Data Processing from Central Piedmont Community College. In addition, they have a certification in Developing Executive Presence from LinkedIn, which they obtained in August 2020.
