Nack Choon Jung

Nack Choon Jung has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2009 as a Spanish Speaking Assistant and Sound Engineer at Carnegie Mellon University. In 2011, they were a Webmaster and Associate Researcher at The Philanthropists. In 2012, they were a Web Developer at Smart Futures and an Operations Consultant at Universidad Externado de Colombia. Since 2013, they have been working at ZL Tech, where they have had four roles: Professional Services Team Manager, Professional Services Migration Lead, Professional Services Engineer, and Software Engineer. In these roles, they have managed teams across regions, produced customized tools, led quality management systems, developed and led migration teams, assessed and performed migration and deployment projects, collaborated with inter-team members, devised test case plans, and provided technical support.

Nack Choon Jung attended Carnegie Mellon University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and a Minor in Music Technology. In 2020, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft, and in 2021, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org.
