Chandra Fochi Jones

Chandra Fochi Jones has a wealth of experience in the telecommunications industry. Chandra started their career as a Sales Trainee at Three Value Logic in 2005 before moving on to SANZ, Inc as an Account Executive. In 2007, they joined XO Communications as a Senior Account Executive and later transitioned to PAETEC as a Senior Account Manager in 2008. Chandra returned to XO Communications in 2009 as a Client Services Manager II, National Accounts, where they stayed until 2018. In their most recent role at zLinq, Chandra has served as the Director of Client Success, responsible for transforming the telecom experience and improving client satisfaction. In 2020, they were promoted to the position of VP of Client Services at zLinq.

Chandra Fochi Jones received their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs with a minor in Italian Language from the University of Colorado Boulder. Chandra attended the university from 2000 to 2004.
