Shannon Chen

Shannon Chen is a Software Engineer at ZMP Inc. since November 2019, responsible for designing, administering, maintaining, and monitoring the IT infrastructure related to company products and operations, while also enhancing product features for reliability and user-friendliness. Shannon previously held the position of Assistant at Chen's Chinese Takeaway from September 2007 to March 2022, focusing on customer service and kitchen operations. Prior experience includes an Engineering Internship at ZMP Inc. from November 2017 to September 2018, during which Shannon developed software tools as part of a Year In Industry program. Shannon holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechatronic and Robotic Engineering from The University of Sheffield, completed in 2019.
