Rehan Shah

Rehan Shah has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Rehan started their career as a Center Manager at World Wide Web Institute in 1999. Rehan then worked as a Consultant at 3rd Millennium Computing where they provided IT management services to clients in various industries.

Rehan then joined Bharti Hexacom Limited as a Manager IT and System Administrator, where they designed and managed telecom IT and VAS products and services. Rehan also implemented and commissioned LAN/WAN/VLAN connectivity and security policies.

In 2001, Rehan joined Bharti Airtel Limited as a Manager in the IT department, where they worked on VAS projects and gained exposure to the telecom business. Rehan was involved in the design, deployment, and implementation of mobile commerce and banking frameworks and services. Rehan later took on the role of Manager - IT & Innovations at Bharti Airtel Limited, where they continued to work on VAS projects and develop innovative technology solutions.

Rehan then moved to Bharti Telesoft Limited as the Lead Delivery Program Manager, where they worked on integrating telecom operators and banks. Rehan managed delivery, program, product management, and implementation of mobile commerce and banking frameworks and services.

Next, Rehan joined Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited as Deputy General Manager - IT & VAS, where they played a significant role in conceptualizing and implementing NPD, VAS, and SDP services and operations. Rehan also managed call center IT and technology infrastructure.

In 2010, Rehan joined Videocon Telecommunications Ltd as Deputy General Manager - Information Technology, where they headed SDP, NPD, and VAS implementations and operations. Rehan also led the design and implementation of telecom products, mCommerce and banking frameworks, and services.

Rehan then joined Intel Technology India Private Limited as a Technical Account Manager, where they provided on-ground technical leadership and management for Intel Telecom projects. Rehan drove the evolution and implementation of the API Monetization Platform.

In 2018, Rehan became a Consultant / Chief Technology Officer at AIgutech Technologies, Abacus Consultants, Phozeca Digital Services, and Mudiction. Rehan managed technology and large teams across organizations and provided technical leadership and management for various projects.

Currently, Rehan is working as the Chief Technology Officer at ZMQ Development, where they manage technology and a large team. Rehan provides technical leadership and management for projects on healthcare, microfinance, education, and rural initiatives. Rehan is responsible for design, development, implementation, and delivery of products, frameworks, and services.

Throughout their career, Rehan has demonstrated expertise in ITIL and ITSM process integrations, as well as migration and modernization of IT processes. Rehan has consistently been involved in profit booking for VAS and NPD services and has actively contributed to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked for.

Rehan Shah completed their Executive Post Graduate Program in Strategic Management and Marketing Management at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2012-2013. Rehan obtained their Bachelor's degree in Science, specializing in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from the University of Rajasthan from 1989-1993. Prior to that, they completed their XII degree at Saint Xavier School, majoring in English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology from 1988-1989. Rehan also holds additional certifications such as ITIL v3 Foundation from Vedang Software in 2012, Project Management Concepts, Tools and Techniques from Astrovix in 2007, and a 1 Year Diploma in Computer Science and Applications from Bhartiya Vidya Peeth in 1993.
