Sven Kuehn

Sven Kuehn serves as the Director of Hardware R&D (CTO) and Head of Service Center HW R&D at Schmid & Partner Engineering AG (SPEAG) since August 2009, overseeing a matrix organization focused on the research and development of high-performance radio frequency and electromagnetic test equipment. Additionally, Sven Kuehn heads the Sensor Technologies department, where product development includes the advanced ICEy system and active microphotonic probes. Concurrently, Sven Kuehn holds the position of Head of Product Safety and Regulation at ZMT Zurich MedTech AG and has been a Project Leader at IT'IS Foundation since November 2004. Previously, Sven Kuehn contributed as a PostDoc at ETH Zürich and completed a Ph.D. in Bio-Electromagnetics at the same institution. Sven Kuehn earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Chemnitz.
