Andre van de Geijn

Andre van de Geijn has extensive work experience in various roles within the semiconductor and high-tech industries. Andre started their career at SPaSE as a Design Engineer, where they worked on products for VCD and CD-I players. Andre then moved up to the role of Project Manager, overseeing the development of SW and HW products for second-generation VCD players.

In 1998, Andre joined NXP Semiconductors, where they held multiple positions. Andre served as an IT Manager, responsible for designing and implementing the IT environment at the company's back-end site in Nijmegen and leading key IT projects. Andre also worked as an Information Architect, setting up collaborative environments for global teams and managing software development projects. Additionally, they were a Global Project Manager, implementing new shop floor control systems and data exchange systems across multiple locations.

After leaving NXP Semiconductors, Andre worked as a Business Development Manager at Salland Engineering, where they focused on developing new business opportunities. Andre then moved to Syntricity and yieldHUB in similar roles, driving business development efforts for these high-tech companies.

In 2015, Andre began working as a Senior Consultant at znt Zentren für Neue Technologien GmbH, specializing in process automation controller solutions for the semiconductor, solar, and medical industries. Andre also joined EazyWorks Inc. as a Business Development professional, promoting their cloud-based MES system for small and mid-sized high-tech companies.

Currently, Andre serves as the Owner of BlinkCube, where they leverage their semiconductor design and manufacturing experience to support various companies. Andre offers solutions that improve quality and productivity, including Eazyworks-EZ-MES, a cloud-based MES system for small and medium-sized businesses.

In 2021, Andre joined SMART Photonics as an ICT Manager, overseeing the company's information and communication technology functions.

Throughout their career, Andre van de Geijn has demonstrated expertise in semiconductor design and manufacturing, business development, IT management, and project management.

Andre van de Geijn's education history begins in 1988 when they enrolled at Fontys Hogescholen Eindhoven, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in ECIM: Electronic Computer Integrated Manufacturing. Andre completed this degree in 1993. In 1995, Andre attended Fontys Hogescholen 's Hertogenbosch and earned a BSc in Post Graduate Commercial Engineering in 1996.

Following their undergraduate studies, Andre pursued further education at Open Universiteit from 1996 to 2003. During this time, they obtained a Master's degree in IT and Management.

In 2006, Andre attended Hult Ashridge for a short period of time, although the specific field of study is not provided.

Finally, in 2015, Andre briefly studied Professional Selling at UCLA.

Additionally, Andre van de Geijn holds a certification in Hubspot Inbound Sales, which they obtained in October 2019 from HubSpot Academy.
