Marci Gerlach

Marci Gerlach is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at ZO Skin Health, Inc. since May 2024, Marci previously held the position of Global Vice President of People and Culture at Revelyst from September 2019 to December 2023. Prior to that, Marci was the VP of Human Resources at LT Foods Americas and served as Senior Manager of Human Resources/Talent Acquisitions at PVH Corp. Marci's career also includes roles at Oakley and Howroyd Group, where responsibilities ranged from talent acquisition to staffing management. Marci is an alumnus of Westwood College-Los Angeles.
