Audace Ntawukirishiga

Audace Ntawukirishiga currently serves as the Director of Finances and Operations at ZOA, a position held since February 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Finance and Administration at Help - Hilfe Zur Selbsthilfe e. V., Deputy Country Financial Controller at Concern Worldwide Burundi/Rwanda, and Finance Manager at Christian Aid. Audace also contributed as Deputy Director of Finance at the International Rescue Committee, Finance Manager at World Vision International, and Associate Director of Finances and Administration at Family Health International (FHI 360). Audace possesses a strong background in financial management, compliance, and capacity building, supported by an education from the University of Burundi from 2009 to 2018.
