Annabel Wennekes

Annabel Wennekes has a strong background in experience design and product development. Annabel is currently working as a Senior Product Designer at Zoa, starting in May 2023. Prior to this role, Annabel worked at Air New Zealand as a Senior Experience Strategist from July 2021 to July 2022. Before that, they gained experience at Alphero, starting as a Design Intern in November 2015 and progressing to roles such as Junior Experience Designer, Intermediate Experience Designer, and ultimately Senior Experience Designer. Additionally, they worked as a Freelance Designer at Open Lab NZ in June and July 2015, collaborating on a project for Meridian Energy. Earlier in their career, Annabel worked as a Marketing Assistant at Silver Fern Farms Ltd from November 2014 to February 2015. Annabel also has experience in student support and mentorship, having worked as a Student Life Officer and Resident Assistant at Massey University from February 2014 to April 2016.

Annabel Wennekes completed their high school education at Columba College from 2006 to 2012. Annabel then attended Massey University from 2013 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design with First Class Honors. During their time at Massey University, they also minored in Marketing. Additionally, they obtained a certification in First Aid from St John's in June 2018.
