Crystal Hirschorn

Crystal Hirschorn is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and strategic operations. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Zoa since October 2023 and a member of the Technology Committee at Citizens Advice, Crystal previously held significant roles at Snyk, including Senior Director of Engineering, where responsibility encompassed leading a growing Infrastructure Group. At Condé Nast, Crystal acted as Global Vice President of Engineering, establishing strategic direction across multiple regions and scaling engineering teams significantly. Prior positions include Principal Engineer at BBC News and various roles at the BBC and The National Archives, showcasing a sustained trajectory of leadership in technology development and team growth. Crystal holds a High School Diploma from Liberty High School and studied at Kingston University from 2001 to 2003.
