Manisha Pahwa

Manisha Pahwa currently serves as the Manager of People Strategy and Operations at Zoca since December 2024. Prior experience includes working as a People Strategy Partner at Gainsight, where Manisha implemented leadership development programs and managed performance reviews, and as a Lead Recruiter overseeing technical talent recruitment. Previous roles also encompass recruitment responsibilities at Zenoti and Datamatics Global Services Limited, where Manisha executed end-to-end technical recruitment and collaborated with stakeholders on various projects. Manisha's early career features recruitment roles at NET HR, along with leadership in organizing events at NIT Kurukshetra. Manisha holds an MBA in Human Resources from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra and a Bachelor of Commerce from Dyal Singh College. Notably, Manisha received the Young Achiever's Award for contributions to youth development and social awareness.
